In a deal that will see one of our most renowned Royals players plying her trade in the League code Grace Kemp has signed a 2 year deal with Canberra Raiders.
It is a cross-code move that brings back memories for some of our more seasoned supporters with Kim Thurbon and Michael O’Connor making return journeys decades before Grace laced up her first pair of boots.
Grace honed her game at Royals and quickly developed a reputation for her exceptional work rate and dynamic, modern forward play. We wish her all the best at Raiders and are sure that, like her Royals ancestor of yesteryear she will go on to carve out an amazing career for herself in whichever code she is playing.
