Royals Boys shine in ACT Griffins victory over NSW Cockatoos

ACT Griffins claim a tight victory (34-31) over NSW in the Australian Rugby Shield.

4 Royals were integral in that victory.  Harry Quinlan, James Bundy and English Duo Ollie Bee and Charlie Cartwright can now add this representative honour to their Rugby CV.

The Griffins started quick out of the blocks, going 15-0 up within the first 20 minutes.  NSW fought back and got close to forcing extra but the penalty kick sailed wide.

This was a revamped Griffins program, abley guided (Pun intended) by Tony Able from ACT Brumbies.  The hope and expectation is that this program will go from strength to strength and will now form part of ACT’s fantastic rugby pathway.
