Friends, family, players, mamagement, members and coaching staff are all welcome at The Canberra Royals AGM and Xmas Drinks.
Now COVID restrictions have eased we will have both the AGM and Dinks at our Clubhouse at Phillip Enclosed.
All the nominations are now in for the board and patron positions. At the AGM we will have some announcements about the coming season. Some news about a new exciting owner members initiative. Some fund-raising and sponsorship outlooks and updates on the new development at Philip.
All are welcome and immediately after the AGM we will break out the beers and bubbles and celebrate another glorious year for Royals.
We will also celebrate some the achievements of Royals’ Women this year.
“Royals has a very proud history of women’s rugby. Producing over 22 international players for the Australian Women’s 15yr am the Wallaroos. This is by far, the most successful club in this regard. We could not have been prouder of our women who represented, themselves, our club and Australia with such grit, determination and excellence in play. We were cheering loudly for you all from soggy Canberra (although not as soggy as that last game you played in NZ). We are proud of you and we are inspired by you.
