Last friday at Hotel Realm ghatered the great and good of ACT rugby for the annual Women in Business, Sports and Leadership Luncheon.
A strong advocate and trailblazers for women’s rugby in the region Canberra Royals hosted their regular table. In attendance for the club where:
Christine Murray, Renee Didier and Colette Nueman from the Royals Board. Angela Quinlan and Melissa Houston (Owner Members and club F&B. Simone Hunter (Junior President) Ash Fernandez and Grace Kemp (Current Royals and Super W players). Wayne Jones (General Manager).
All the proceeds raised from the event will go towards funding the women’s Super W program. Royals look forward to working with the Super W program to promote the game and help work towards professionalism in women’ s sports.
