Rugby College 2025 – Talent Wanted!
We’re on the lookout for the next generation of rugby stars. If you’re aged between 13 and 18, we invite you to express your interest in joining our Rugby College program for 2025. Take the next step in your rugby journey with top‑tier training and development opportunities.
Kick Off Pre‑Season Training
Pre‑season training for Under 16s and Under 18s begins 4th February 2025 at 4.30 PM.

Royals Rugby Union College: Nurturing Talent, Building Futures
The Royals Rugby Union College, envisioned by club founder Jack Waters, is a rugby extension program designed for young players committed to excelling in rugby. Our mission is to help players maximise their fitness, skills, and understanding of the sport, allowing them to reach their fullest potential on and off the field.
The program not only focuses on skill and fitness development but also introduces players to rugby club administration and operations, fostering a holistic understanding of the game and its community.

Training and Benefits
Training sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Rivett Playing Fields.
Every participant receives:
- A club training players kit
- Juniors Brumbies Membership
- Support to participate in travel and club events
The program is led by our Juniors Director of Rugby, Charlie Cartwright, alongside Seniors Royals players, parent coaches, and dedicated volunteers.
