Off Season Training

Canberra Royals will be running a 5 week off season block as we led into Christmas.
The sessions will focus on;
- Connection
- Welcome any new or potential players to the club
- Conditioning Games
- Core Skills
- Positional Specific Skills
Note: Any players over the age of 16 are able to attend.
