Canberra Royals Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notice
This year’s AGM will be held on Sunday, 10 December at 2 PM at the Clubhouse (Ainsworth St Phillip).
It is an opportunity for all Royals Members to be updated on the overall position of the club. Please come along and have your say regarding the future of your club.
To vote at the AGM you must be the Club Patron, a life member of the Club, or a fully paid financial player or Royals Owner Member.
At the AGM all Royals Board positions are open for re-election. Nominations for the board must be received 5 days prior to the AGM (Tuesday, 5 December). The nomintion form is available.
Positions available include:
- President
- Vice President - Business Operations
- Vice President - Financial Operations
- Vice President - Rugby Operations
- Secretary
- Director – Junior Rugby Division
- Director – Senior Rugby Division
- Director – Players Representative
- Directors x 4 – unspecified roles
Notices of Motion—any notices of motion must be in the hands of the Secretary by 5 December and should be sent to the email address above.
