Canberra Royals Coaching/Managing Team Application 2018

Positions Open for 2018: 

Specialist:

Scrum Coach - development and implementation of scrum coaching technique and policy through 2nd, 3rd, 4th grades and Women’s and Colts and working with 1st Grade coaching staff on scrummaging.

Lineout Coach - development and implementation of lineout coaching technique and policy through 2nd, 3rd, 4th grades and Women’s and Colts and working with 1st Grade coaching staff on lineouts.

Team coaching positions: Head Coach, Backs Coach and Forwards coach in 2nd Grade, Colts, Women’s, 3rd Grade and 4th grade

Team Manager positions: All Grades (1st, 2nd, Colts, Women’s, 3rd and 4th)

  2. Who will you include as your support staff in your position? i.e. if applying for 2nd Grade Head Coach who would you like to bring as your backs and forwards coach and manager? Assistant Coaches and Managers please mention coaches you would like to work with.
  3. How do you think you would add to Royals recruitment strategy?
  4. How would you contribute to Royals off field culture?
  5. Please provide a 2-session plan that includes timings, drills, Equipment and the focus point of the session overall and each drill (not applicable for managers).
